Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver transformational projects for clients, with focus on Kafka messaging
• Migrate legacy systems to AWS and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Develop cloud deployments and microservice-based architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain client exposure
• Support engineering best practices and continuous improvement of client systems

Key requirements

• Java development skills with multi-threading and concurrency
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices environments
• Experience with Kafka (or similar messaging tools)
• Good knowledge of REST APIs
• Good understanding of AWS
• Strong foundations in CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns)
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
