Sanitas is seeking a senior Health & Safety leader to drive the Joint Prevention Service (SPM) across participating companies in Madrid.

You will define the Health & Safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the implementation of prevention plans, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Medicine degree with Occupational Medicine specialization, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and advanced English.
