  • Support the analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;

  • Collect information from stakeholders and translate it into clear process descriptions and business requirements;

  • Prepare and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, and user guides;

  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and monitoring of agreed process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Provide patient, clear support and collect user feedback to improve the usability of reporting solutions;

  • Escalate unclear requirements, data-quality issues, technical problems, or delivery risks to the responsible team member.

Continuous Improvement and Development:

  • Contribute ideas to improve data quality, reporting workflows, and team processes;

  • Build technical and business knowledge through practical assignments, feedback, and training;

  • Apply agreed standards for documentation, validation, and responsible handling of data;

  • Develop increasing independence in routine activities while seeking guidance when needed.

Project Support:

  • Provide analytical, reporting, and process-documentation support to internal ATG initiatives and client-related projects;
