Description

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Designer & Creative Technologist to help our internal marketing team produce high-quality work across our brands. This is a junior-level opportunity for someone with strong design instincts who enjoys learning new tools, exploring digital experiences, and using AI to improve creative workflows. Success in this role means delivering consistent, polished creative work on time while building strong design, digital production, and creative technology skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital ads, social graphics, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing assets.
  • Create product graphics, instruction sheets, catalogs, and supporting materials.
  • Adapt approved designs into the sizes, formats, and specifications required for different marketing channels.
  • Edit short-form videos, add captions, and create simple motion graphics.
  • Support website and landing-page updates, interactive presentations, and simple digital prototypes.
  • Use AI tools to explore creative ideas, improve workflows, and speed up production while maintaining design quality and product accuracy.
  • Organize editable files and final assets, follow brand guidelines, and incorporate feedback throughout the approval process.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts from idea to final execution.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, marketing, or a related field; school, internship, freelance, and personal projects are welcome.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, visual judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Experience or familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma.
  • Strong interest in AI, digital experiences, and learning new creative and production tools.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • A willingness to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-moving marketing team.
  • Experience with video editing, basic motion graphics, HTML/CSS, or other digital production tools is a plus.
