LTD. is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across HR, administration, procurement and R&D.

You will help draft and review contracts and lead regulatory research in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will conduct due diligence, assist with contract templates, and support trade compliance and risk management, collaborating with local and overseas stakeholders.

A Singapore Bar admission and 2–3 years' experience are preferred.
