THE JOURNEY

• Support People Partners and business leaders in the execution of key HR processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent reviews, etc.)

• Act as a first point of contact for employees on People-related topics, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience

• Partner with managers to support day-to-day people management (onboarding, probation follow-ups, development conversations, etc.)

• Assist in identifying and addressing employee relations topics, escalating when needed

• Drive and support engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture and positive work environment

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, ensuring alignment with team structure and priorities

• Support workforce planning and organizational changes (transfers, promotions, restructuring)

• Ensure proper implementation of People policies, processes, and compliance with local regulations

• Analyze People data and metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends and support decision-making

• Contribute to the design and execution of development plans and learning initiatives

• Support internal communication and change management initiatives within the teams

• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
