Junior Python Engineer: AI & Automation in Production

Nevance is seeking a Junior Python Developer to join the team in Milano. You will work on real projects—building Python scripts and microservices, integrating APIs, and automating workflows. No heavy prerequisites; curiosity and rapid learning are valued as you ship useful production-ready code.

You will explore AI-enabled automation, contribute to RAG systems, and collaborate with a small technical team to deliver tangible results for clients in manufacturing and services.

Develop Python scripts and microservices to automate business processes, including document handling and data management. Integrate third-party APIs and AI services into automated workflows. Contribute to chatbot development and RAG systems for SME and industrial clients. Support testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions to production. Solid knowledge of Python and clean code practices. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON. Ability to read and use technical documentation in English. Proactive problem-solving attitude; self-starter who suggests improvements. Genuine curiosity for AI and automation; experience with LLMs or tools like n8n is a plus.
