• The Junior Recruiter has to: - Elaborate job post, following the company's guidelines;
• - Publish job posts on the corporate website and on the main job boards;
• - Help in on-boarding processes, ensuring the best outcome of them;

Full time employee contract.** The estimated gross salary for the Junior Recruiter is between € 25,000 - € 30,000, to which incentives could be added if objectives are achieved. **Requirements**:

• The Junior Recruiter has to demonstrate previous professional experience in sales / development and recruitment roles within real estate contexts or in any case in structured business firms. Moreover she/he has: - Strong communication skills;
• - Ability to manage different deadlines, on demand requests and prioritize different tasks;
• - Strong analytical and organizational skills;
