Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource coordination to ensure implementations are completed on time and within the agreed scope.
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into actionable implementation plans and workflows.
  • Coordinate Ketryx configuration, workflow design, system integrations, and data migration activities with relevant technical and business teams.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, proactively identifying obstacles and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Oversee testing activities, including system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
  • Ensure implementation deliverables meet business objectives, quality expectations, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate user training, prepare implementation documentation, and support change management initiatives to encourage effective adoption of the new system.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, escalate critical issues, and maintain alignment among stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support, helping teams resolve operational issues and stabilize workflows following go-live.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum project management practices where appropriate to improve coordination, transparency, and delivery efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience managing Ketryx implementation projects, including project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery.
    • Practical knowledge of Ketryx configuration, workflow management, and system integration.
    • Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, milestone tracking, scope management, resource coordination, and delivery oversight.
    • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and translating business processes into effective implementation solutions.
    • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, quality, regulatory, and business functions.
    • Experience identifying and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
    • Familiarity with system implementation methodologies, testing processes, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and go-live support.
    • Experience coordinating data migration and integrations between enterprise systems.
    • Ability to develop clear project documentation, organize user training, and support change adoption.
    • Experience working in regulated industries, preferably medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and their application to implementation projects.
    • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and communicate project status effectively.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities and respond proactively to changing project needs.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote work arrangement.
      • Contract-based engagement.
      • Opportunity to lead technology implementations in regulated product development environments.
      • Exposure to Ketryx configuration, workflow optimization, system integration, and implementation lifecycle management.
      • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business functions.
