The Key Account Specialist is the single point of contact and support for an assigned portfolio of major clients.

This role has a dual functionality: as a concierge providing excellent customer service to the employees of these major clients throughout the full sales cycle; and as an administrator providing day-to-day support to the Key Account Sales Manager(s) responsible for the account(s).
