POSITION SUMMARY The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Culinary department with a focus on staffing, scheduling & training of hourly staff, cost control, food quality standards, operational procedures, sanitation & cleanliness, health department compliance and staff motivation.
This is a full-time salaried manager role with bonuses.
