JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Operations or designee, conducts field inspections to assess compliance with relevant land use regulations, permits and approvals including Planning, Zoning, Environmental Protection, and Coastal area Management; issues land use permits; performs other related duties required.
