Lead AI Chip Design Engineer for SoC & RTL

Canaan Inc. is seeking an experienced SoC Design Lead in Singapore to steer RTL design and implementation for AI chip SoCs and subsystems.

You will own critical modules, define microarchitecture, and lead integration across IP, interconnect, and memory subsystems.

You will collaborate with verification and physical design teams to ensure timing closure, power, and area goals, while mentoring engineers and driving best practices across projects.
