Lead DevOps Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Software testing background
• Hands-on DevOps experience
• Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers
• Good collaboration skills
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests
• Eligibility for Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain reliable, repeatable build environments
• Work with engineering teams and translate requirements into test plans and cases
• Manage a small team of two engineers
• Lead functional and regression testing
• Continuously improve workflows and automation
