Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level Java applications. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, designing scalable software solutions, developing microservices, integrating applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, SQL, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development, along with proven technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.

2. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and J2EE.

3. Develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

4. Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.

5. Develop backend components using Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JPA.

6. Design and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models.

7. Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.

8. Integrate applications with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.

9. Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

10. Troubleshoot complex application issues and improve system performance.

11. Design and implement application architecture and technical solutions.

12. Manage application deployments using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

13. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

14. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and project managers.

15. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities.

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

• Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, database technologies, and distributed systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
