Lead Software Engineer – Real-Time Farm Data & AI

Tunen, a venture-backed startup, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive one of its most important projects. You will report to the founders, manage a four-person team, and own the end-to-end scope from the farmer app to real-time sensor processing and partner platform integration.

Based in Madrid or willing to relocate, you will shape engineering practices, grow the team to eight engineers, set on-call and incident processes, and help design the harness around our agronomic assistant.
