As Learning & Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in building organisational capability by designing and delivering learning programmes and resources aligned with IMI’s business and capability priorities.
Working across IMI, you will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create relevant learning experiences that mitigate risk, improve capability and performance.
