Leaving Care Worker Salary: £29,542 - £33,119 per annum.
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent Closing date: 20/10/2026 Role Purpose The Leaving Care Worker plays a vital role in supporting young people aged 16 and over who are currently in care or have previously been in the care of Somerset Council.
