Leveraged Finance Associate (1-3 PQE) We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their leveraged finance team in their London office.
The position is for a 1-3 year PQE Associate.
You will work on sponsor-led acquisition and leveraged financings, spanning syndicated loans, high yield and private credit.
The team acts for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as corporates and sovereign wealth funds.
