Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department.

In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy in both in-person and virtual formats.

You’ll document care in our EHR, collaborate with clinical leaders and psychiatry, and practice with strong ethical and cultural humility standards.
