Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Clinical Nurse Manager or Designee POSITION SUMMARY: Provides nursing care to patients within scope of professional practice and license.

Starting Job Rate $26.81/hour; after probation $29.79/hour.
