LPN – Med Surg
Responsibilities
Develop and implement total nursing care through patient assessment, nursing diagnoses, and individualized care plans.
Provide leadership and work collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing practice standards.
Provide care for patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
