Job Description Summary The Lieutenant is the day-to-day operational lead of the Saint Leo University Campus Safety and Security Department, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The LT commands field response to major and emerging incidents, oversees the Field Training Program, coordinates directly with the Pasco County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) on operational matters, and serves as the after-hours operational escalation point for the on-duty Corporal.
