Welo Global is seeking a Quality Manager to lead supplier alignment and ensure top-notch delivery across client accounts.

You will monitor performance against client thresholds, engage with customers to understand quality expectations, and work with Language Services to meet capacity and quality targets.

You will design and maintain a robust quality framework, oversee language assets, and drive continuous improvement through QA reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
