Limited Appointment Facilities Services Worker - Custodial - Desert Canyon MS (33716)

PAY GRADE : G FLSA STATUS : Non-Exempt POSITION OBJECTIVE : This is the entry level into the facilities services series.

Incumbents perform basic custodial, building or grounds maintenance, or general laborer work.

Duties might include: picking up trash and debris, mowing the grass; performing building maintenance such as changing light bulbs; vacuuming; cleaning and maintaining restrooms; and, performing general laborer type work such as moving furniture and room set-up.
