Litigated EL/PL Claims Handler

Keoghs is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of litigated Employer's and Public Liability claims for a major insurer client.

Working on a delegated authority basis, you'll take ownership of claims from instruction through to resolution, making key decisions, driving litigation strategy and delivering excellent client outcomes.

You'll be supported by a dedicated Technical Support Lawyer, providing guidance on complex legal and procedural issues when required.
