Litigation Executive - EL/PL Location - Manchester/Hybrid Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing EL/PL team.
This is a new role in an established team, you will be a confident Litigation Executive/Solicitor with 3 years’ experience in dealing with Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters.
You will have conduct of around 80-100 fast track cases.
You will be targeted on both the settlement of cases and issuing Court proceedings at the correct juncture…
