Litigation Officer

The Litigation Officer role is responsible for supporting the firm’s solicitors in managing clients’ cases in accordance with the strategy agreed between the client and the firm’s solicitors.

This includes negotiating and promoting settlement of debt recovery matters in line with strict regulatory guidelines, Company best practice, and by following County Court procedures.
