Locum Planning Lawyer

Locum Planning Lawyer 6 months £55-65 umbrella We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.

The main duties of the role will include undertaking work and supervision in respect of all areas in Planning including s106 obligations, development management (including in-person attendance at Planning Committees), planning enforcement, local plans and community infrastructure levy.
