LPN – Medical Surgical/Observation Units Schedule Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required.
Assignment Details 36 hours/week.
Requirements
Active Ohio LPN license Current BLS certification Minimum 2 years of recent hospital experience Proficiency in Epic EMR IV certification required Ability to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight Competency in reading telemetry, to be tested on the first day
