Luxury Hotel Engineering Manager – Guest Experience Lead

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an Assistant Engineering Manager to oversee daily maintenance and repair operations across the property.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure guest rooms, public areas, Powerhouse, RO plant, and STP are kept in top condition.

You will lead a 24-hour engineering team, coordinate with contractors, manage parts purchasing, and work closely with Housekeeping to uphold luxury standards while delivering a seamless guest experience.
