ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is opening soon and seeks an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the reservations operation, ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests across rooms, suites, and villas.

Reporting to Revenue Management, you will implement pre-opening systems, develop your team, and optimize conversion performance, while aligning with Sales, Front Office, and Guest Experience teams.

MEWS expertise is highly desirable.
