Description
Your mission You will play a key role in TeamSystem Group's international expansion through acquisitions.
You will work on M&A deals from start to finish, side by side with the Group's Corporate Development team.
Your day-to-day will combine analysis —from screening target companies to financial modeling and valuation— with execution: coordinating due diligence, preparing the materials senior management uses to make decisions, and guiding deals through to closing and integration.
