Job Title: M&E Asset Manager Reporting to: Engineering Manager Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week Job Purpose: Strategically manage the full lifecycle of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) assets to achieve the optimal balance of asset performance, cost and risk to ensure value from our assets and meet the BIA (Belfast International Airport) business objectives.

Establish and maintain robust financial controls for M&E remit to ensure cost-effectiveness through accurate budgeting and forecasting.
