Description

Inetum, a European digital services leader, seeks a dynamic IT & AI Commercial Legal Counsel to join its Madrid Legal Team.

You will provide legal support to IT & AI business teams in Spain, handling contracts, IP, data protection, and AI governance.

Ideally you are a fully qualified Spanish lawyer with 5–10 PQE, fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable negotiating complex IT & AI agreements with public and private sector clients.
