ROLE PURPOSE The Maintenance and Asset Manager holds full property management accountability for Connective's affordable housing portfolio, spanning owned and leased properties across BC.
This includes leasing and occupancy, rent collection and accounts receivable, maintenance and vendor coordination, budgeting and capital planning, and funder compliance and reporting.
