Maintenance Clerk Reports To: Fleet Manager
Responsibilities
and Duties: Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management program Maintain work pending files.
Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers.
Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers.
Maintain fuel reports.
Maintain computerized parts inventory.
Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors.
