Job Description Position Summary The Maintenance Engineering Manager assumes responsibility for the exterior and interior maintenance of the entire building and areas directly surrounding it and being able to perform the duties of the Director of Engineering in their absence.
This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000.
Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
