Your new company The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a large Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit a Maintenance / Facilities Assistant on a temporary basis for a period of 4 weeks with the possibility of further extension.
Your new role You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of several sheltered housing schemes across Belfast City Centre and East Belfast.
