Responsibilities
Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and grounds at the Fillmore Campus as well as MCH Group Homes.
Performs basic carpenter, electrical, plumbing, HVAC skills to maintain the facilities.
Oversees and performs record keeping, maintaining written records for compliance with the Department of Health, TJC, and other regulatory agencies.
