Handling immediate maintenance and the janitorial needs of the assigned facility Daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas of the building (floors, walls, restrooms, office space, facility exterior, etc.) Cutting locks Painting Light handyman work Latch installations Flood remediation Snow removal Corner guard repair Patching walls This is a Union Position.
