Description
Job Description Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of industrial HVAC equipment including; fan coil units, air handlers, variable air volume controllers, circulating water pumps, and supply and exhaust fans.
Tasks include changing air filters, adjusting drive belts, lube grease fittings and related drive mechanisms, and coil cleaning.
