Job Description Job Description DEFINITION: Under the direction of the Maintenance and Utilities Working Foreman, oversees the day-to-day maintenance and mechanical operations of the Parks Recreation & Culture Facilities and supports on-going maintenance within other Parks, Recreation & Culture Facilities, Parks, Campgrounds, Cemeteries, as well as the construction of capital projects.
