Eight or more years in information technology or security engineering, including at least two years leading engineers as a manager or team lead.

Demonstrated delivery of enterprise security platform implementations or migrations, owning schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication end to end.

Broad hands-on grounding across security domains such as endpoint, network, email, identity, or cloud security, sufficient to challenge designs and estimates credibly.
