Description
Overview: The Manager, Technical Training leads the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Alterman’s technical and operational development programs.
This role is primarily responsible for developing field supervisors, including foremen and other frontline field leaders, and for strengthening the technical, operational, and leadership capabilities of employees across Alterman’s project management career path.
