Marketing and Enrolment Executive

Butterflies Creche is an early-learning and childcare facility in Lusk, Co. Dublin. We are looking to hire a Marketing & Enrolment Executive to grow enrolments and build our brand with local families.Key duties•    Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase future enrolment•    Manage our website, social media channels and online presence•    Handle new enquiries and track them through enrolment•    Produce brochures, email newsletters and open-day promotions•    Build partnerships with local employers, schools and community groups•    Manage the marketing budget and report monthly on leads, cost per lead and occupancyRequirements•    Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or a related field•    At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role•    Strong digital marketing skills (social media, Google Ads, email tools)•    Excellent written and spoken English•    Experience in education or childcare is an advantage
