We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing team at A-Class Turkish Barbers, the trusted destination for quality grooming in the heart of Waterford City.

Established in 2017 by owner Ahmed Elallus, A-Class Turkish Barbers is a thriving community hub built on over 26 years of barbering expertise. Ahmed’s journey began at the age of 14, and after opening his first shop at 18, he brought his passion and skill to Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to grow brand awareness and attract new clients.
• • Manage social media presence, create engaging content that showcases our services and barbering craft, and oversee SEO/SEM activities.
• • Analyse market trends, local competitor activity and customer preferences to inform marketing strategy.
• • Coordinate with the team to support promotions, client retention and brand visibility within the local community.
• • Prepare marketing reports and performance metrics to measure campaign success.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, retail or personal services.
• • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (desirable).
• • Genuine interest in grooming, local business and building community-focused brands.
