Description

Job Description: Act as single point of contact for customers for Material Support orders and deliveries.

Obtaining pricing information, preparation and provision of quotations and/or price lists to customers End to End order management for Spares & Repairs, & In Service Support.

Follow-up and risk mitigation in the spares and repair provisioning process until delivery to Customer Management of Customer queries including returned materials and warranty claims.
