MECA Ski is hiring: Car Painter and Panel Beater

Location: Ski, Nordre Follo (Norway)

Positions: 1 × Car Painter (Billakkerer), 1 × Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician (Billoppretter)

Employment: Full-time, permanent

Car Painter (Billakkerer)

What you'll do:

• Prepare surfaces, mask and paint vehicles to a high standard

• Match colours and mix paint, using modern colour systems

• Do spot repairs, full panel jobs and polishing

• Run quality checks before the car goes back to the customer

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a trade certificate (fagbrev) as a car painter, or a similar qualification from abroad

• Has experience with water-based paint systems and spray booths

• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in a flawless finish

Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician (Billoppretter)

What you'll do:

• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural parts

• Measure and straighten chassis using measuring and straightening benches

• Do welding, riveting and bonding on steel and aluminium

• Dismantle and reassemble vehicles in connection with damage repair

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a trade certificate (fagbrev) as a panel beater, or a similar qualification from abroad

• Has experience with insurance-based damage repairs

• Works accurately and in a structured way, and can follow manufacturer repair methods

For both positions

• Relevant work experience

• Communicates well in English

• Valid driver's licence (class B)

• Reliable, solution-oriented and a good team player
