Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1.
Assists with direct patient care procedures and related tasks; assists in obtaining patient histories, performs metabolic profiles, and performs such other tasks as assigned.
Obtains vital signs, height, and weight for clients on the inpatient unit as directed by the LPN/RN.
